Lawns, mulch and gravel, across three properties in Texas over 26 years. Apart from routine maintenance like filters and spark plugs, this John Deere 265 hasn't needed anything. It's simple to work on, and lots of parts come in interchangeable off-brand versions that are easy to find, though it hasn't asked for many. When the blades need sharpening the deck comes off, and while it's off, everything gets greased and checked.
