This Craftsman reel mower came from the owner's wife's family, together with the original dated receipt from the late 1960s. It sat in the shed until the gas mower quit. At first it was miserable to push. Then came learning to sharpen and adjust the blade properly, and it has cut like new since. Sharp, it takes barely longer than the gas mower did. It leaves an 18-inch path behind it.
