A grandfather who believed in buying things once bought this Unisonic 749, and it has been in steady use for 43 years. Since he died in 1999 it has worked on a grandchild's office desk. It takes AA batteries, but it runs off the plug. The box and instructions survived as well. Nobody noticed how grimy it had gotten until the photo.
