More than 50 years old and it doesn't leak. Grumman built airplanes, and they built canoes much the same way, aluminum sheet held together with rows of rivets. A loose rivet is usually where one of these starts to weep. This one probably came north to Canada sometime in the 80s, and it has been with its current owner for ten years, who says it will never be sold. Empty, one person can carry it, though it gets heavy after 50 yards or so.
