   The Encyclopaedia Britannica in printed volumes

   Done for 2012

   Britannica announced in March 2012 that it would stop printing after 244 years. The last set was the 32-volume 2010 edition.

2. Since 2001

   Apple's iPod music player

   Done for 2022

   Apple discontinued the iPod touch, the last iPod, on May 10, 2022. The first one, in 2001, cost $399, held 1,000 songs, and only worked with a Mac.

3. Since 1706

   A tea shop at 216 Strand in London

   Still going

   Twinings has sold tea at 216 Strand since Thomas Twining bought Tom's Coffee House in 1706. A Hogarth portrait, painted to settle his account, hangs in the tasting room.

4. Since 1583

   An amusement park in the woods north of Copenhagen

   Still going

   Bakken is open and is called the world's oldest operating amusement park. It grew up around a spring found in 1583, and getting in is free. You pay per ride.

5. Since 1957

   The Hindustan Ambassador, a car built in India

   Done for 2014

   Hindustan Motors stopped making the Ambassador in May 2014. It was based on the Morris Oxford Series III, and the brand was sold to Peugeot's parent in 2017.
