  1. Since 1932

    The Royal Enfield Bullet, a single-cylinder motorcycle

    Still going

    Still in production since 1932, and built in India since 1955 after the Indian Army ordered them for border patrol. A redesigned Bullet 350 launched in September 2023.

  2. Since 1976

    A brand-new VHS video recorder off the factory line

    Done for 2016

    Funai of Japan, the last company making VHS machines, stopped in July 2016, citing falling sales and a shortage of parts. VHS launched in Japan in 1976.

  3. Since 2019

    Google Stadia, a cloud gaming service

    Done for 2023

    Google turned Stadia off on January 18, 2023, and refunded games and hardware bought through its stores. Its final release, five days earlier, was a snake clone called Worm Game.

  4. Since 1957

    The Tropicana casino on the Las Vegas Strip

    Done for 2024

    The Trop closed April 2, 2024, and was imploded October 9, 2024, to make room for an A's ballpark. Its Folies Bergere show ran from 1959 to 2009.

  5. Since 2003

    Skype, the internet voice and video calling app

    Done for 2025

    Microsoft retired Skype on May 5, 2025, and moved users over to Teams. Chat history stayed downloadable until January 2026.
